Malcolm
Green is the Southern Correspondent of the monthly "MG Enthusiast
Magazine" and the author of two guides to restoring M.G.'s, one on
the T-types and the other on the MGA. He is also the librarian of the
Triple-M Register of The M.G. Car Club and in that capacity has written
and published books on the pre-war cars, with the assistance of other
members of the Register committee. He is also a regular contributor to
ohter magazines such as "The Automobile", "M.G.
Magazine" in America and "Enjoying MG".
His involvement with the marque started started in the 1950's, when he
gazed longingly through the showroom windows at each new model as it
appeared. In 1962, aged eighteen, he at last realized his ambition and
bought his first M.G. - a new M.G. Midget. Since then he has always had
at least one example of the marque in his garage and has carried out
numerous complete rebuilds of models as diverse as a 1932 F-type and
1969 M.G. Midget. |
